学友にして生涯の友、内山アジア教育基金の最大の功労者、荒江周三さんを亡くしました。体調からくる突然のご逝去です。
著名なＮＰＯ（留学生受け入れの国際交流団体にして奨学金制度なども）を何十年も前から主宰しており、荒江さんの影響と指導で内山アジア教育基金が誕生しました。
コロナ禍の直前まで定期的に会って、飲み食いしながら教育を熱く語り合った日々がなつかしいです。
